Statement of Allergen Facts

How do you handle food allergies?
We are a 100% dedicated gluten-free and wheat-free facility.
All of our products are made with as much effort as possible to avoid cross-contact (cross- contamination), however we do use dairy, eggs, oats, soy, tree nuts, and corn in the facility.
Ingredients for each item are listed inside the ingredients binder in the bakery. Just ask to see it!

Gluten/Wheat
All products at The Gluten Free Goose are completely gluten-free, wheat-free, and celiac-safe.

Dairy
We make some products that do not contain dairy ingredients, but we do use dairy in our facility.
Dairy refers to mammal milk-containing products. The term "dairy" does NOT include eggs.

Eggs
We make some products that do not contain eggs, but we do use eggs in our facility.

Oats
All products at The Gluten Free Goose are 100% gluten-free, including our products made with oats and oat flour.

Corn
The vast majority of our products contain at least a small amount of corn. (Baking powder and powdered sugar both contain corn.)
